Krista Manning

As Managing Member of Manning Asset Services LLC, Krista provides executive leadership and oversees the company's strategic direction, financial management, regulatory compliance, business development, and administrative operations. She also serves as the company's designated Qualifying Agent (QA), leading licensing compliance, supplier diversity initiatives, client relationships, and the operational systems that support consistent service delivery.

She brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in operations management, project management, regulatory compliance, and organizational development. Before founding Manning Asset Services LLC, she served as Dean and Director of Specialized Services for Emerald Charter Schools, where she led cross-functional operations, managed departmental budgets, ensured compliance with complex federal and state regulations, and served on the executive leadership team responsible for organizational strategy and continuous improvement. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams, implemented standardized processes, managed organizational resources, and used data to improve operational performance and accountability.

She holds graduate degrees in business administration and education and has continued her professional development through additional training in grant writing, technology, and organizational leadership. Following an intentional career sabbatical focused on family responsibilities and professional growth, she founded Manning Asset Services LLC to combine her background in operations leadership with a commitment to delivering dependable, technology-driven field asset services that help institutional clients protect property value, reduce operational risk, and manage real estate assets efficiently.
