As Technical Member of Manning Asset Services LLC, Joseph oversees field operations, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, logistics, and technical service execution. He is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client specifications while supporting the company's commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

He brings nearly two decades of experience in quality assurance, logistics, inventory management, process auditing, field documentation, and operational reporting across manufacturing, supply chain, and property adjusting environments. During his tenure with Volkswagen Group of America, he led more than 20 ISO 9001:2015 audits with zero non-conformities, managed corrective action initiatives, collaborated with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and helped improve quality, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency. His experience also includes inventory control, logistics coordination, claims investigation, compliance auditing, and process improvement.

In addition to his manufacturing and quality leadership experience, he serves as an independent property adjuster, licensed in 20+ states, providing field inspections, damage documentation, and condition assessments across multiple states. His extensive adjuster licensing, industry certifications, and expertise in field documentation strengthen Manning Asset Services LLC's ability to deliver accurate reporting, disciplined quality assurance, and dependable field operations for institutional clients.
